Whether the project consists of a commercial parking lot, a State DOT roadway construction, or an airport runway construction, Boudreau Engineering provides management leadership to implement and/or oversee a comprehensive quality assurance (Owner/Engineer) or quality control (Contractor) program to satisfy the quality-affecting items for a project.

Plans and specifications are reviewed and QA/QC plans are developed. The result is a detailed summary of the QA or QC requirements for a project, generally focused upon testing frequencies and intervals. This allows realistic projections of manpower requirement, skill level of personnel, and basic and specific equipment and facility needs. The management program includes:

Verification of Personnel Qualifications
Inspection Forms/Test Forms
Equipment list and conformance to calibration requirements
Safety requirements
Material submittals and conformance of items to the project specification
Control Charts for Material Properties
Data review
Reporting
Deficiency Notification - Corrective Action Plans
